Anna: How much for one, please?

Salesman: Five dollars. 

Yesterday I went shopping with my friend Anna. Anna bought her mother a sweater for  Christmas. She bought her father a box of tea.

知识点 1

something / sʌmθɪŋ/ pron. 某事；某物

例句：I want to do something interesting.

我想要做有趣的事情。

短语：something else 其他的东西 

加法记忆法：some（一些）+thing（事情）=something （某事；某物）

用法：something作代词时，一般用在肯定句中。如果作主语，谓语动词要用单数。something与形容词连用时，要放在形容词前面。

知识点 2

How much for one, please?请问一盒多少钱?

用法：How much 意为“多少钱”时，可单独使用，常用来询问某物的价钱、价格。

易错点提示

how much 询问价格时，它的回答若是中国货币单位“元”时，应用 yuan 来表示，注意字母要小写，且不用复数形式。

例句：—How much is this pen? 这支钢多少钱？

—Two yuan. 两元。

拓展 how much 询问“数量多少”时，后面跟不可数名词。

例句：—How much milk do you want?

你想要多少牛奶？

—I want one bottle of milk.

我想要一瓶牛奶。
