too是副词，后跟形容词或副词；to为动词不定式符号，后跟动词原形。

eg：He is too young to look after himself.

choose的名词形式为choice。

我别无选择只能报警。

be useful for对……有用

be useful for后跟名词、代词、动词的­ing形式。

eg：Dictionaries are useful for learning English.字典对学英语有用。

be useful to sb.意为“对于某人来说是有用的”。

eg：English is useful to us.
